Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in material or workmanship but it does not cover everyday wear and tear or damage due to misuse or accident. Please note, this warranty is only valid if the item is purchased directly from our Shopify store.
The following terms and conditions apply:
1. The Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original purchaser.
2. To process a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase from our Shopify store.
3. If your piece is found to be defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. If we cannot repair or replace your piece, we will issue a store credit for the purchase price.
4. Items that have been modified or repaired by another jeweler will void this warranty.
5. Jewelry inspections and cleaning are recommended every six months. These services are provided free of charge at our stores.
6. Our company reserves the right to reject any warranty claim if we find evidence of excessive wear, misuse, or alteration.
7. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with your warranty claim.
